I’m a former professional footballer and successful business owner with a wealth of life experience and a fully qualified health and fitness trainer and I have worked with people from all walks of life and ages.
I also trained as a massage therapist, before moving on and training in Neuro-Linguistic-Programming (NLP), Life Coaching and Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Havening Techniques.
I always been passionate about helping people become all they can become and I am fascinated by the human mind and potential. However what truly inspired me to pursue and move more into the realm of therapies, was gaining more abilities to effect real long standing changes in people.
Thus moving them forward to live their lives free from past traumas and burdens and realising their true potential.
I specialize in healing past issues, traumas, PTSD, removing this pain and suffering from within the mind and body in real time, this can be a revelation for people, truly life changing and astonishing.

How I work
Everything begins on the inside the mind just noticing and being “aware” is always a good place to start. However I always tailor my approach to each client, after all no one person is alike, we are all individuals.
First and foremost, a detailed history take is paramount to gain true understanding and empathy for the clients needs. Adapting accordingly, building a good rapport and trust making the client comfortable.
I pride myself on an huge degree of compassion and empathy for my clients, patience is a virtue, however my vast amount of life experience and skills has afforded myself in most occasions to obtain fast and speedy results.
